Select high-quality raw materials such as polyester, etc. These materials are inspected for quality, then cleaned and carded to remove impurities and make the fibers smooth and uniform.

The processed fibers are spun into yarn. This can be done through various spinning methods, like ring spinning or open-end spinning, to create yarns with different thicknesses and textures according to the requirements of the blanket.
