This is the entire production process of the blankets in our factory.

The production process of our factory's blankets encompasses raw material procurement, cleaning, carding, high-temperature shaping, printing and dyeing, sewing, edging, and strict quality inspection.

High-quality fibers are selected, cleaned, and carded into a web. Then, high-temperature shaping forms the blanket. Next, dyeing and printing add colors, followed by cutting and sewing. Multiple quality checks ensure the blankets are soft, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and durable.

Printing and Dyeing Process

The picture shows the screen-printing production stage of blankets. In this process, ink is transferred onto the blanket surface through a screen stencil to create patterns. This technique enables a wide variety of pattern designs, featuring vivid colors and clear images, effectively enhancing the aesthetic appeal and artistic value of blankets. It is a crucial step in shaping the appearance of blankets.

Drying Process

The image depicts the high-temperature steaming process in blanket production. The printed blankets are placed into a steaming machine. In the steam environment, dyes bond fully with the fibers, achieving color fixation. This step enhances the color fastness of the blanket, ensuring the pattern remains bright and lasting. It's a crucial process for guaranteeing the quality and appearance stability of blankets.

Edge wrapping and quality inspection process

Blanket Edge - Wrapping Process Introduction

The blanket edge - wrapping process commences with material inspection, ensuring both the blanket fabric and binding tapes are defect - free. Subsequently, the blanket is precisely cut, and its edges are pre - treated to prevent fraying. Next, the binding tape is accurately positioned and stitched to the blanket edge using a sewing machine with controlled stitch settings. Finally, a rigorous visual and durability inspection guarantees the finished product meets quality standards.

Blanket Quality Inspection Process Introduction

The blanket quality inspection process starts with a visual check for surface flaws like stains, holes, or color discrepancies. Then, the fabric’s texture and thickness are measured to ensure compliance with standards. Edge - wrapping quality is examined, verifying even stitching and secure binding. Tensile strength and colorfastness tests are conducted to assess durability. Finally, dimensional accuracy is confirmed, ensuring each blanket meets strict quality requirements before release.
